Senior forward Tabor Teel of Dakota State has been selected as the Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Basketball Offensive Player-of-the-Week.

Teel scored 23 points in the Trojans’ 93-82 victory at Bismarck State (N.D.) on Friday. She  followed that up with 19 points, 5 assists, and 5 offensive rebounds in DSU’s 90-50 win at Dickinson State on Saturday. 

Earlier this month, Teel became the 25th player to surpass the 1,000-point career milestone at Dakota State.  She is currently 21st on the scoring list in DSU’s women’s basketball program history. 

Tabor, a native of Colton, S.D., is a senior business major at Dakota State University.

Dakota State returns home this weekend to the DSU Fieldhouse.
