The Madison Bulldogs volleyball team earned a straight-set victory over Garretson on Tuesday, at Madison High School, winning 25-16, 25-12 and 25-21.
Playing their last game of the regular season, the Bulldogs celebrated not only their seniors, but also Junior outside hitter Jaya Engels, who recorded the 1,000 kill of her career. She finished the night with a match high 12 kills and 3 aces.
Senior Ellie Comes added eight kills for the Bulldogs, and Macie Rinehart added 7 digs and 3 aces. Emme Kamrud and Izzy Kelsey had 17 and 15 assists respectively. Ella Malone had a match high 20 digs.
Madison head coach Jill Kratovil said it was good to get the 1,000 point out of the way early, and to get senior Mara Kilngbile back on the floor.
