Madison City Commissioners will hold their final regular meeting of the month tonight at City Hall. Items on the agenda include the approval of an agreement with HK Solutions Group for Sanitary Sewer Televising, as well as an Engineering Services Agreement with Banner and Associates. 

Commissioners will also look at a new grant policy for Madison. The city says the purpose of the policy is to ensure the compliant, efficient, fair and professional administration of grant funds in compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.

It would apply to all public officials, officers, employees or agents of the City, engaged in the award and administration of contracts supported by state, federal or local funds.

The commission will also consider resolution recognizing and approving Madison as an official “America’s 250th SD Community.”
