Peaceful Pines Senior Living, in partnership with St. Croix Hospice, is inviting the community to attend “Pathway to Care: A Community Resource Fair” on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 1:00–4:00 PM.

This free event is designed to help seniors, caregivers, and families navigate important life transitions by connecting them with trusted local professionals and organizations focused on senior care, wellness, and community resources.

The fair will feature a variety of local service providers, giving guests the opportunity to connect with experts in healthcare, financial planning, insurance, home modifications, senior services, and caregiver resources.

During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with a variety of local experts, including healthcare providers, financial advisors, contractors specializing in aging-in-place solutions, nonprofit organizations, and other senior-focused service providers.

At 2:00 PM, Sherry Anderson of Caring Transitions will share practical tips for downsizing, decluttering, and navigating life transitions with greater confidence.

Guests can also enjoy raffle prizes and vendor giveaways, and donations collected during the fair will support local charities.

Pathway to Care is ideal for seniors planning ahead, adult children researching options for aging parents, caregivers seeking resources, or anyone interested in learning more about services available in the community. The event is free and open to the public.
