A water outage is planned in Madison today, around the Egan Ave. construction area. 

The city says residents on North Egan, from 5th St to the dead-end of 9th St., as well as NE 6th from Egan Ave to Harth Ave, and N 9th from the creek to Washington Ave and surrounding areas will be without water from 8:00 A.M until approximately 4:00 P.M.
