With Madison City offices closed today, the Madison City Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday. Items on the agenda include the second reading of an Ordinance to incorporate a Large Load Electric Rate. 

Commissioners will also consider a resolution to increase Land Lease Fees at the Madison Municipal Airport. The resolution would raise fees for prime locations from 10 cents per square foot, to 15 cents. All other aeronautical hanger use would increase from 6 to 11 cents per square foot. 

Other items on the agenda will include the awarding of a bid for the Multi-Community Asphalt Surface Treatment Project, and a review of the 2024 audit report from Williams and Company. 

Tuesday’s meeting begins at noon in the Commission Chambers at City Hall.
