Garden enthusiasts will have the opportunity to explore some of Madison’s most beautiful outdoor spaces this weekend while supporting scholarships for local students.
PEO Chapter BN is sponsoring its annual Garden Walk on Saturday, July 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The self-guided tour will feature four unique gardens throughout Madison, offering visitors a chance to enjoy colorful flowers, creative landscaping, and peaceful outdoor settings.
This year’s featured gardens include those of Tara and Don Kontz, Donna and Duane Pierce, Ed and Patti Fiegen, along with the Gerry Maloney Nature Area.
The event is designed for gardeners of all experience levels, whether participants are looking for landscaping ideas or simply want to spend a summer morning enjoying the area’s natural beauty.
Tickets are $10 and are available in advance at Grapevines or may be purchased at any of the garden locations on the day of the event.
Proceeds from the event will benefit local scholarships for senior girls, helping support area students as they continue their education after high school.
