Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership will celebrate the groundbreaking of The Summit at Van Eps, a new affordable housing development that will expand housing opportunities in Madison while also featuring a commercial kitchen project.

The community is invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony today at 1:00 p.m., at the construction site located at 108 S. Van Eps Avenue in Madison.

The Summit at Van Eps is a 28-unit project supported through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program and is designed to increase access to quality, affordable housing while creating additional community resources through a commercial kitchen.

The groundbreaking marks the beginning of construction on a project aimed at strengthening the Madison community by addressing local housing needs and supporting future economic and community development opportunities.
