Interlakes Area United Way is bringing back its 15×15 Challenge, giving donors a chance to support local families and win one of two 500-dollar gift cards.

The challenge is part of the organization’s 2027 campaign, “Together, We Thrive,” with sponsorship from East River Federal Credit Union.

To qualify, donors must pledge at least 15 dollars a month for 2027, or make a one-time donation of at least 180 dollars. Pledge forms must be submitted by November 15th.

East River Federal Credit Union has sponsored the challenge since 2018. The promotion has helped connect more than 155-thousand dollars in donations to Interlakes Area United Way’s work.

Executive Director Karen Giles says every gift matters, and even small, consistent donations can help local programs meet real needs.

Interlakes Area United Way supports programs across Lake, Miner and Moody counties, focusing on healthy communities, youth opportunity, financial security and community resiliency.
