The Kingsbury County Sheriff is looking for an egg vandal. The Sheriff’s Office posted on social media Monday night, that several vehicles in the city of De Smet had been vandalized. The incidents took place Sunday night at around 9pm.

In another post on Tuesday, the Sheriff’s Office said the multiple vehicle had been hit with eggs. The sheriff says that a “juvenile prank” can quickly turn into criminal mischief due to the cost of damage. An egg they say, can eat through a clear coat, causing permanent staining, dull spots, and discoloration.

Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to contact the Kingsbury County Sheriff.
