Richard William Frewaldt, 73, of Aberdeen, formerly of Madison, S.D., passed away at his home under Hospice Care on February 28 th , 2026. Family is planning a Celebration of Life at Lake Herman State Park
on June 27 th , 2026.
Richard is survived by his children, Lisa of Pennsylvania, Rachel of Aberdeen, SD, Lydia (Jason) of Mellete, SD, Levi of Omaha, NE, Jacob of Brookings, SD, and bonus child, Vera of Arlington, TX, eighteen
grandchildren and four great grandchildren, brothers, Dale (Carole) of Madison, SD, Danny of Sioux Falls, SD, sister, Nancy Vickmark of Madison, SD, and a great number of nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Robert and Donna Frewaldt and brother, David.
