For the third time in the last four national tournament appearances, Dakota State University will take on Indiana Wesleyan in the NAIA women’s tournament. The Trojans and the wild cats will meet in the round of 16 Thursday at 3 PM.

Dakota State won the previous two matchups including a 76-65 wind in the round of 16 back in March 2024.

Thursday marks are returned to the type of event center for the DSU women, who fell in the second round of the tournament last year at home against governor state.

The Trojans are the number three seed in the Naismith quadrant. The other game in that quadrant Thursday will feature number one seed Freed-Hardman, versus number five Georgetown.

Thursday’s game is scheduled to begin at 3 PM, And can be heard on Madison‘s amazing country 103.1 FM, with pregame show starting at 2:30 PM.
