David Roling, age 75, of Madison, passed away at his home with his family at his side on Monday, April 13, 2026.

A memorial visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Friday, April 17th at Rustand-Weiland Funeral Chapel. 

David Roling was born on December 4, 1950, to Eugene & Shyrlee (Tolley) Roling. He had a full life enjoying his family and friends in Madison, SD. He spent his life farming the land he loved with his family. In his younger years, he enjoyed riding Harleys with Lake ABATE.

He is survived by two sons, Jeff (Majestic) and William both of Madison, SD; one daughter, Karri (Dustin) Wilson of Madison, SD; three grandchildren, DJ of Sioux Falls, Ashlee (Dawson) of Ramona, SD, Michael (Antonia) of Portland, OR; his many great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sandy (Dan) Walters and Barb (Dan) Simon and one brother, John all of Madison, SD and his many nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents.
