Madison baseball won big over the Deuel Cardinals, 20-0 on Wednesday in Clear Lake.


The Bulldogs got on the board in the top of the first inning after JD Prorok singled, scoring two runs.


Madison added to their early lead in the top of the second inning. Quincy Kurtz homered to left field, Brock Olson, Braylon Oftedal , and Ryland Johnson singled, each scoring one run. Madison then scored seven runs on three hits in the top of the fourth inning.


Casyn Crabtree earned the win, striking out six over 3 no-hit innings.

Oftedal finished with 3 hits and 4 RBI. Oakley Mees added 2 RBI and scored 4 runs. Prorok went 2-for-4 with 3 runs scored.


The 6-1 Bulldogs will host Beresford Thursday night.
