Phyllis C. Thompson, age 92, went to the place the Lord had prepared for her on May 9, 2026.  She was surrounded by her family when she passed away at her home in rural Winfred, SD.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 11 am at Trinity Lutheran Church, Madison, SD.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Jill, son-in-law, Tom and grandson Jacob Hansen.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell, in 2003 and her five year old daughter, Kim, in 1959.
