Mildred “Millie” Jane Piearson, daughter of Jay (Jerry) and Aliene (Blievernicht) Piearson was born on June 16, 1951, in Volga, South Dakota. Millie passed away on August 14, 2026, at the age of 75. A visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Eidsness Funeral Home in Brookings, SD. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on August 20, 2026, at St. Thomas More Catholic Parish in Brookings. Burial will follow at Saint Thomas More Catholic Cemetery.
