The Lake County Commission will meet Tuesday morning at the Lake County Courthouse in Madison.

Commissioners are scheduled to consider the 2027 Local Emergency Management Performance Grant, as well as a fireworks display permit for Epic Sky Displays.

Other items include an acknowledgement of a Sisterhood in Service raffle benefiting a scholarship fund, an auditor-to-treasurer report, and an update from Emergency Management Director John Anderson on the 2025 Homeland Security Grant.

The commission’s 2027 provisional budget hearing is scheduled for 9:10 a.m.

Following the budget hearing, the County Commission will meet jointly as a Planning Commission to consider several proposed plats, including the Hannemann Addition, Lakes Community Addition, Trapp Addition and Haskins Addition.

Tuesday’s meeting begins at 9am at the Lake County Courthouse.
