Dine Out to Donate is happening today across the Madison area and surrounding communities.
The annual fundraiser is organized by Interlakes Area United Way, with participating restaurants donating a portion of their sales to help support nonprofit programs in Lake, Miner and Moody Counties.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Dine Out to Donate. The event has raised more than 33-thousand dollars since it began in 2017.
Interlakes Area United Way Executive Director Karen Giles says people can make a difference simply by enjoying a meal or getting takeout at one of the participating businesses.
Madison-area participants include The Broadwater Bar, Cherry Lanes, Classic Corner, Country Cafe, Dairy Queen, Gary’s Bakery and Cafe, Go Go Burrito, Lakes Bar and Grill, Los Tapatios, Rosie’s Farmhouse Cafe, The Office, OneStop, Pizza Ranch, The Point, Sporty’s Bar and Grill, Subway and Sundog Coffee.
The Salty Mare Coffee Company will also be serving in Howard from 7 a.m. to noon, and in Madison from 4 to 8 p.m.
Money raised through Dine Out to Donate helps support programs addressing food and housing assistance, childcare, education, health and other community needs.
The Interlakes Area United Way awarded 169-thousand-250 dollars to 29 nonprofit community partners in 2026.
